Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, insoles that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
