How do I know which insole is right for me?
Both our Shock Absorption and MagRelief insoles are designed for all-day comfort. The orange variant offers a slightly firmer support, ideal for those who spend long hours standing or walking. The blue variant provides softer cushioning, perfect for sensitive feet or general everyday comfort.
Will the insoles fit my shoes?
Our insoles are designed to fit most standard shoe types including sneakers, casual shoes, and work shoes. They can be trimmed to size for a perfect fit.
How long do the insoles last?
With regular daily use, our insoles typically last 6 to 12 months. We recommend replacing them when you notice reduced cushioning or support.
Can I use the insoles if I have a medical foot condition?
Our insoles are designed for general comfort and pain relief. If you have a specific medical condition such as plantar fasciitis, diabetes, or severe flat feet, we recommend consulting your doctor or podiatrist before use.
How do I clean my insoles?
Remove the insoles from your shoes and gently hand wash them with mild soap and lukewarm water. Allow them to air dry completely before placing them back in your shoes. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How long does delivery take?
We offer a tracked delivery within 7-10 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within the EU. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 90-day returns policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process a full refund within 5-7 business days. Return shipping is free for defective items; standard returns may incur a shipping fee.
Do you offer free replacements?
Yes! We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it for free—no questions asked. Simply contact our customer service team with photos of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement right away. You have 90 days from your purchase date to request a replacement or return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We ship worldwide! We offer fast and reliable shipping to customers around the globe. You can easily select your country during checkout to see the shipping information and costs for your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, KLARNA and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Prices are displayed in EUR and will be charged in your local currency based on your bank's exchange rate.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards to protect your payment information. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers—they're processed securely through our payment gateway. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 7 hours of placement, before they enter our fulfillment process. After that, please contact our customer service team immediately—we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our standard returns policy.
